I spent one month in Italy this past June/July to photograph two stunning weddings in Capri. One was a celebrity wedding, which will not be shared for confidentiality purposes.
If you are not familiar with Capri, google the name right now!…go ahead, I’ll wait….
I was born and halfway raised in the Amalfi coast in Italy, and even so, it has never lost its pure beauty in my eyes. The Amalfi coast is the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited, and it’s home. Just imagine… tightly packed pastel buildings, crackling walls, cobblestone alleys, all rimmed by the Mediterranean blue sea. Capri is the jewel on the Amalfi coast, by far the most luxurious and exclusive.
Lorin and Roseanna chose to have a destination wedding in Capri, and when asked exactly “WHY” Capri, their answer was “How Not Capri!”, and I couldn’t agree with them more!
The waters of Capri are known to be the most sparkling blue…
Roseanna looked like a modern-day goddess in her white Versace wedding gown…
The turquoise accents that the bride and groom wore couldn’t have been more perfect with the Mediterranean setting…
The bride and groom have both impeccable taste, and this is proven by their choice of shoes!
the bride’s white peony bouquet was rimmed with fragrant rosemary, a detail so thoughtful and unique! The wedding program featured a large leaf as the cover. This reinforced the use of natural elements throughout the wedding.

The wedding design was subtly and tastefully inspired by Greek and Roman mythology; statues, reliefs, and figurines appeared in the most perfect places…
The intimate reception took place on a sightseeing spot, atop one of Capri’s epic cliffs…
