You know we are behind on blogging when we are still posting weddings from 2009 :/ yikes! Nonetheless, we still have vivid happy memories of capturing these events. We have been working with sweet Tyler and Mitchell for over a year when they first booked us for their December 2009 wedding. We shot their engagement session, which was one of the first sessions where we were able to bring in a quirky item (handmade floral tiara!) , you can see their Perfect Match session here. We also shot Tyler’s bridal at the Burritt Museum in Huntsville a few months back, which you can check out here. Their wedding was one of the warmest events we’ve had the pleasure to attend. Tyler’s nerves while getting ready manifested in the most charming ways. She sipped on champagne and trembling admitted that she was incredibly nervous. Meanwhile Mitchell seemed to know about her nerves somehow, and from downstairs shouted: “I love you, Tyler!” so that she could hear him. This gesture really sums up their relationship, Mitchell is Tyler’s rock, and it is so refreshing to see as an outsider. They had a beautiful ceremony at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cullman, AL. Although the catholic ceremonies are some of the lengthiest ones, I am a little biased towards them as my own was of this kind
One of our favorite aspects about T&M’s wedding were certainly the florals: white peonies and bright green orchids and hydrangeas adorned their wedding, and gave everything such a classy and fresh look. Enjoy looking through a few of our favorite images!
