You asked– we accommodated!
This time on Reality Post, we are bringing to you non other than—OUR OWN WEDDINGS. The trends have changed, our insight on weddings has grown, but in hindsight our days were beautiful, magical, and ever so meaningful.

I will begin with an unavoidable truth, Wedding photography is IMPORTANT— I mean REALLY important. It is one of those things that could potentially be regrettable for YEARS. We know the great responsibility we hold as wedding photographers to capture each event TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES, to come in with the best, sharpest equipment, and immortalizing the most beautiful and true moments. We are on our toes constantly, because we KNOW how important our job is, on that day, and for YEARS to come. I wish I would have better known this fact, when investing in a photographer for my wedding. So my personal advice to all brides— do your homework and set your priorities straight!! I mean this from the bottom of my heart! Thankfully Christine was there as my guest snapping a few photos that are priceless to me today.
Vania’s Wedding
My wedding day was a big happy blur for me, as it is for many many brides . Looking back, I remember my utter happiness, and a few other things; such as the nervous look my groom at the altar, the fact that he was barely able to look at me in fear of more happy tears. I remember looking down from the altar at my mother, I remember the sweet toasts and happiness, simple plain happiness.

My mother and I, I love this one.

Sigh, the wedding day– so many thoughts go through my head looking back at these photos. What an extraordinary day, one that should be celebrated at the fullest, one with no regrets, and probably one of the most meaningful things you’ll ever do.
Christine’s Wedding
My wedding day was the most magical, romantic, perfect day of my life. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted to get married on the beach, barefoot. When meeting Seth, it was quite obvious from the get-go, that I found the perfect “get-married-on-the-beach-man” in him, as he shared this passion with me. Our very first vacation together was not too far from the beach we would ultimately get married on: Orange Beach, AL. We wanted our wedding day to be very intimate and shared it with close friends and family. Unfortunately Vania could not attend my wedding, as hers took place just a week after mine. And if one asks me what I “regret” from that day, it would simply be the fact that I can not share these incredible memories with my best friend -other than through pictures. The entire day was true perfection and we had the most talented photographer -the ever so lovely Michelle of Oeil Photography- to capture it! These images are priceless to me, and each and every single time I look at them I can smell the ocean air, hear the sweet (and my nervous muttering, yes I slaughtered them…) vows of my dearest, feel the warm summer sun on my skin and re-live the single most special day of my life over and over….

I definitely trashed my dress, and I do not regret a second of it! These are such priceless memories…. swoon.
